Tasks and responsibilities
Support and coordination
You support the management and the team in the daily organization
You plan and monitor appointments, consultations and annual activities
You support meetings, including agenda management and reporting
You identify bottlenecks and contribute to practical solutions
Administration and process support
You manage administrative data and digital files
You keep student administration and attendance in accordance with GDPR
You support HR-related processes and personnel administration
You ensure correct and timely processing of documents
Campus organization and facility coordination
You ensure that the daily affairs run
smoothlyYou coordinate facility affairs and coordinate with external parties
You manage resources and spaces and provide a representative environment
You support practical and logistical work
Systems and quality assurance
You work with Microsoft 365 and internal systems and keep administration up to date
You support compliance with procedures relating to GDPR, occupational health and safety and child protection
You monitor the quality of administrative processes
