- Present key materials across Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, and Culture; curate extensions and individualized work plans.
- Actively shape the classroom culture to align seamlessly with Seeker Education's values and guiding principles.
- Observe & document daily in Transparent Classroom (or similar), producing clear parent updates and termly portfolios.
- Partner with lead guide and classroom assistant in our dual-language model.
- Beautiful space in Eindhoven with a large green play-garden.

Functie-eisen
We seek someone:
- Required: Pabo teaching qualification (or EU-equivalent that confers primary teaching authority in NL).
- Required: AMI Montessori Diploma 3–6 or equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years in a Montessori 3–6 classroom (more is welcome, new classroom set-up or bilingual school experience is a plus).
- Excited to help build a classroom from scratch—turning a blank space into a wonderful child‑centered Montessori environment.
- Family partnership: Clear, warm communication; while upholding Seeker standards and Montessori principles.
- Organized, with professional work habits
- Dedicated to nurturing each child's unique potential and skilled at carefully observing and responding to children's individual needs and interests.
- This opening is for the English speaking guide; strong competence in Dutch is a plus.
